A deductible is a specified amount of money that the insured must pay before an insurance company will pay a claim.
A co-insurance is the sharing of medical costs between the patient and the insurance company. i.e. Insurance pays 80% of charges and patient is responsible for 20%. The 20% is your co-insurance responsibility.
A Copay is a payment made by an individual who has health insurance, usually at the time a service is received, to offset some of the cost of care.
Since your insurance carrier determines your deductible, co-insurance and/or copay, we cannot discount any of these charges due to compliance policies in effect.

We are a separate entity from your physicians’ office and/or hospital. Our charges are separate than that of the physician/facility.
We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards. To pay over the phone, please call our billing office at 209-577-1200 ext 6. You can also mail in your payment to the payment address listed on the billing statement.
A separate accounting number is generated for each specimen/date of service.
This enables us to bill for specific charges and diagnosis relating to your care for that date of service and enables your insurance company to apply the proper benefits.
